TERMS & CONDITIONS (“T&C”) for Celcom Promotion – 52nd MERDEKA Promo ("Promotion") |
- The Promotion is exclusively for all Celcom User(s). (XPAX, School of X, UOX, Celcom Sukses and Celcom Blue users).
- The Promotion is valid from 18 August to 9 October 2009 ("Promotion Period").
- By participating in this Promotion, the users agree to be bound by these T&C and the decisions of Celcom in relation to the Promotion.
- The prize is non-exchangeable for cash, cheque or kind and is non-transferable.
- Celcom reserves the right to select the reserve Eligible users to substitute any disqualified user(s). Celcom’s right to determine the Eligible users shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
- Celcom reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, deletes or add to any of the T&C herein at anytime without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
- In no event shall Celcom be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with the Promotion.
- In the event of inconsistency between T&C and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these T&C shall prevail.
- The selection of all Cash Prize winners by Celcom is final and no correspondence disputing Celcom’s decision will be entertained.
