Founded in the year 1999 to offer a reliable, secure and flexible electronic prepaid service for local mobile prepaid service providers,
e-pay is proud to have since grown into a fully fledged electronic payment provider.
We now offer a comprehensive range of electronic payment services for a growing number of product owners, such as utilities, top-up cards, prepaid satellite TV, online gaming vouchers, ISPs, e-wallet services, internet portals, transport ticket payment collection and so much more.
Thanks to our vast network, consumers can now access these electronic products at over 14,000 access points around the country, made up mostly of physical e-pay terminals available at retail outlets.
Our retail network is one of the largest in the country and includes all petrol stations as well as all major hypermarkets, departmental stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, service centres, photo processing outlets and independent retailers.
But to increase the convenience to consumers, e-pay is now also able to receive payments and sell electronic products through other channels, such as Bank ATMs, online portals and even through mobile phones.
e-pay was once the “One Stop Prepaid Reload” solution. Now, as our retail network expands and our capabilities allow us to perform an endless variety of transactions, we are proud to be Malaysia’s “One Stop Electronic Payment Service Provider”.
